We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic high performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients through solution selling, and closing sales over the phone. \n\n\n\nYOUR TASKS:\n\n\nConduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products/services.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.\nIdentify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their shipping experience\nAchieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.\nMaintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales activities in our CRM system.\nCollaborate with team members to share insights and improve sales targets\nProvide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process\n\n\n
