Telesales Business Development Representative II
Conducting at least 60 cold calls daily to target executives, IT managers, and system admins within designated territories. Prospecting over phone, web, and email to generate and qualify leads. Moving leads through the sales pipeline to opportunities. Engaging in weekly and quarterly forecast planning with the Business Development Center (BDC) manager. Maintaining deep product knowledge of Oracle MySQL, competitors, and industry trends. Creating demand and driving new business opportunities. Developing new accounts within specific industry verticals, with targeted high-level (C-level) outreach. Providing expertise and positive insights as a product knowledge resource. Collaborating with sales teams and other technical reps for team selling. Utilizing product-specific campaigns for lead generation. Demonstrating enthusiasm, self-motivation, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Setting up meetings and calls between prospects and sales executives.
