Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth by generating sales, managing customer relationships, and delivering value-based solutions through digital and telephone engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales and close deals via telephone and digital channelsManage and develop a pipeline of prospective customers to achieve conversion targetsPresent and promote products and services to existing and potential customersBuild strong customer relationships and understand their needs and preferencesHandle customer objections, complaints, and escalations professionallyMaintain accurate records and customer data within the CRM systemPrepare and process quotations accurately and efficientlyConduct online meetings, product demonstrations, and customer presentationsIdentify product demo opportunities and collaborate with field sales teamsWork closely with sales managers and product specialists to deliver value-based solutionsWhat You Need to SucceedProven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketingTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIsStrong communication, negotiation, and listening skillsCustomer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skillsExperience using CRM systems (SAP/CRM experience desirable)Good IT skills and confidence using digital sales toolsHighly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic attitudeStrong organisational and time management skills
