Temp-to-Hire position$11.00 to $13.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 08:00am to 11:00pm) Professional Call Greeting & Etiquette Answer incoming calls promptly and with a courteous, professional tone.Use clear pronunciation and proper grammar to ensure effective communication. Uphold strong telephone etiquette to reflect positively on the client's business. Clearly identify the purpose of the call through active listening and professional inquiry.Gather all relevant information needed to assist the caller efficiently. Accurately record detailed messages, including the caller’s name, contact information, and the reason for calling. Urgent/Emergency Call Handling Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent or emergency situations.Follow escalation procedures and notify the correct contact promptly and professionally. Administrative & Clerical Support Assist with administrative or clerical tasks as assigned by clients or management.Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Telephone agent Qualifications:
