+ Department: Telemetry Monitoring
+ Location: Forsyth Medical Center – Winston Salem, NC
The Telemetry Resource team member provides essential support across multiple telemetry units, assisting with patient care, transportation, vital sign monitoring, and unit workflow during periods of high volume or staffing needs. This flexible, out-of-coverage role ensures timely, high-quality support to clinical teams and contributes to safe and efficient patient care throughout the hospital.

Qualifications
+ Education: High school diploma required.
+ Experience: Minimum of one year of cardiac rhythm interpretation, MUSE experience within three months of employment required. EKG, Signal Average experience and care Link experience preferred.
+ Licensure/certification/registration: BLS within three months of employment required.
