Job Summary + Job Title: Telemetry Resource + Schedule: 6:45pm-7:15pm, Full- Time, Day Shift + Department: Telemetry Monitoring + Location: Forsyth Medical Center – Winston Salem, NC The Telemetry Resource team member provides essential support across multiple telemetry units, assisting with patient care, transportation, vital sign monitoring, and unit workflow during periods of high volume or staffing needs. Qualifications + Education: High school diploma required. + Experience: Minimum of one year of cardiac rhythm interpretation, MUSE experience within three months of employment required.
