Job Description

Mint Residential is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer / Lead Generation Specialist to join Brisbane based team.

About the Role:

This position plays a critical role in generating qualified leads, booking appointments, and supporting the broader sales and marketing team in achieving business targets. As our Telemarketer / Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, qualifying prospective tenants and property owners, and nurturing opportunities to strengthen our sales pipeline.

What You Will Do:

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective tenants, owners and leadsFollow up on marketing-generated leads, referrals and event contactsIdentify, qualify and nurture potential clients through effective engagementBook appointments, site inspections and sales opportunitiesProvide accurate information about properties, leasing options and servicesMaintain accurate and timely CRM recordsEscalate complex enquiries to sales or property management teamsMeet and exceed telemarketing and campaign performance targets

Office located in Brisbane CBDSalary: $65,000 + Super + KPI incentives

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

Confidence on the phone, resilience in a high-volume environment, and motivation to achieve targets and resultsExperience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generationProven ability to qualify leads and convert them into appointmentsStrong verbal communication and persuasive skillsComfort using telephony systems and CRM platformsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent organisation and time management skillsCompletion of Year 12Exposure to sales, business studies, or property/real estate (advantageous but not essential)
