What you bring to the table
Education
Successful completion of an accredited CMA Course.Experience
Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Licenses/Certifications
Medical assistant certification. What you will do Support new telemedicine program launches, including intake review, provider alignment, site communication, technology setup, and workflow coordination.Provide ongoing technical support to sites using telemedicine services.Coordinate telemedicine provider and vendor schedules across multiple facilities.Create and distribute program communications according to established communication plans.Perform clinical support functions as needed, including scribing, clinical coordinator coverage, phlebotomy duties, and regional travel.Qualifications & Requirements
