We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Voice and Mobile Phone Data, Cost, and Asset Analyst to become a part of our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with analyzing voice and mobile phone data, managing expenses, and supervising asset management associated with mobile devices within the organization. This position necessitates a robust analytical mindset, expertise in data analysis tools, and the capability to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
We will count on you to:
Data Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret telephone and mobile phone usage data to identify trends and patterns.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.Cost Management:
Monitor and analyze costs associated with mobile phone plans, devices, and services.Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize telephone and mobile expenses.Asset Management:
Oversee the inventory of mobile devices, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of assets.Manage the lifecycle of mobile devices, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.Collaboration:
Work closely with IT, finance, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on mobile phone strategies and policies.Collaborate with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.Supports strategic project deployment by completing deliverables for new solutions and services.Provides technical and resource assistance to the Voice Service Delivery, Call Center and Voice operational teams as needed various roles.Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and procedures related to mobile phone data and asset management.Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding telephone and mobile phone usage and data security.Identify and mitigate risks associated with mobile phone assets and data management.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in data analysis, cost management, and asset management, preferably in a telecommunications or technology environment.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of mobile phone technologies and industry trends is a plus.English languageWhat makes you stand out?
