Job summary
System Engineering including assessing architectural topics and documentation, definition of low-level requirements, managing JIRA workflow in a V-Shape process, interaction within international architectural team.
Develop the detailed design structure by considering the requirements and the high-level design.
Communicate with product owner and chief architect to help defining the technical user stories
Puts skills and project-based experience into practice and provides support to less experienced colleagues.
Review testing and validation criteria and decide on acceptance status
Required competencies:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar
Professional experience in networking software development as well as testing and validation
Network Knowledges on ISIS, BFD, MPLS, TCP, HTTP, IP, NETCONF, FTP/SFTP, TFTP, VLAN.
Network Management Protocol: GNMI/GRPC, RestCONF, SNMP, Sysrepo
Data Model: Yang, XML
Knowledge of tools like: Git, Jira
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Flexibility and availability to travel abroad, especially in the first year of the project Would be a plus:
Linux knowledge
Hands-on experience in network equipment testing
Work experience in Agile software development processes
Experience with distributed systems and data processing
French language Personal competencies:
Intercultural communication, including the empathy to work in an international team
Team-working and technical guidance
Analytical and willing to understand complex systems
