Our client is seeking a Telecom Service Desk Lead to join their team. As a Telecom Service Desk Lead, you will be part of the operations supporting critical site management and utility location services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Telecom Service Desk Lead
**Location: Belton, TX**
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage and oversee the team responsible for creating and handling all incoming calls
+ Coordinate site plan reviews and facilitate communication between construction crews, property owners, and utility providers.
+ Dispatch technicians to work sites to locate and mark underground utilities such as gas, electric, water, and telecommunications lines.
+ Create and manage tickets for specialized locating equipment to ensure accurate utility location and safety compliance.
+ Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining high-quality service delivery.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in utility location, construction site management, or related fields is preferred.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Proficiency with ticketing systems and site plan review processes.
