Job Description The IT Business Analyst drives the company's digital transformation by designing and implementing efficient, user-friendly processes for telecommunications products. The primary focus is on collaborating with business teams to understand and simplify existing systems, especially through Salesforce Communications Cloud, and integrating these with new billing, inventory, HR, and provisioning platforms.
