izrada tehnoloških procesa u PMx—u i BMS-u gdje je to prihvatljivopromjena i dopuna postojećih tehnoloških procesa unosom PMx—u i BMS-u gdje je to prihvatljivoispravak tehnoloških procesa uvjetovan zbog promjene – revizije nacrta ili promjene metode radaanalizira izbor standardnih naprava i priprema te predlaže izradu specijalnih naprava  rješavanje tekuće problematike u pogonu i raznih tehnoloških problemaizrada tehnoloških skicaizrada podloga za ponudu za ponovljive pozicije određuje i upisuje normative na tehnološki proces / tehnološke skicevrši praćenje i analizu vremena izrade te pravovremeno informira sve u lancu u slučaju odstupanjarješavanje neusklađenosti u proizvodnjiizrada tehničkih zahtjeva za naručivanje kooperacijskih radovakontinuirano praćenje i analiza svih aktivnosti na projektima te poduzimanje korektivnih akcija s ciljem pojednostavljenja rada, povećanja tehnološkog nivoa i postizanje veće profitabilnostiizvještavanje nadređenih o svim bitnim devijacijama glede kvalitete, rokova i troškova te predlaganje korektivnih akcijapoštivanje sustava zaštite na radu, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 i ISO 45001poštivanje reda, čistoće, sigurnosti i vizualnog identitetau izvođenju navedenih aktivnosti uzima u obzir: zahtjeve kupca, QA propise, kvalitetu, ekonomičnost izrade, kontrolu troškova te raspoloživi GE strojni park i po potrebi izvan njegapokretanje preventivnih i korektivnih radnji u slučaju utvrđenih odstupanja od uobičajenih postupaka radapružanje pravih informacija iz domena svojih poslova rukovoditelju te ostalim sudionicima s kojima kontaktira u raduvršenje svih izmjena, dopuna i ispravaka u toku procesa rada bilo na izradi procesa ili u toku proizvodnjepristup sustavu GE radnih uputa te Intranetu

Core responsibilities

development of technological processes for PMx and BMS, where acceptablechange and supplement existing technological processes by entering PMx and BMS where acceptablecorrection of technological processes due to changes - revisions of drafts or changes in working methodsanalyzes the selection of standard devices and preparations and proposes the development of special devicessolving current problems in the plant and various technological problemsmaking technological sketchespreparation of bases for bids for repeatable positionsdetermines and writes norms on technological process / technological sketchesmonitors and analyzes the time of production and timely informs everyone in the chain in case of deviationsresolving non-conformities in productiondevelopment of technical requirements for ordering cooperation workscontinuous monitoring and analysis of all activities on projects and taking corrective actions with the aim of simplifying work, increasing the technological level and achieving greater profitabilityreporting to superiors on all significant deviations in terms of quality, deadlines and costs and proposing corrective actionscompliance with occupational safety systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001respect for order, cleanliness, safety and visual identityin performing the above activities takes into account: customer requirements, QA regulations, quality, cost-effectiveness of production, cost control and available GE machinery and, if necessary, outside itinitiating preventive and corrective actions in case of established deviations from normal work proceduresproviding the right information in the field of their work to the manager and other participants with whom he contacts in the workmaking all changes, additions and corrections during the work process, either during the development process or during productionaccess to the GE work instructions system and the Intranet
