We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep and repair of industrial machinery and equipment, including optical instruments and measurement tools. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal equipment performance through preventive and corrective maintenance, while upholding safety and quality standards. + Coordinate and perform routine and extraordinary maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment (e.g., optical instruments, measurement tools). + Prepare detailed technical reports on equipment operating conditions. + Manage equipment lifecycle through regular inspections and performance checks. + Define, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance plans. + Analyze maintenance data and reports to improve operational efficiency. + Supervise daily operations and troubleshoot complex technical issues. + Replace and repair damaged components as needed. + Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and promote a culture of prevention. + Operate measurement instruments and specialized maintenance tools. + Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word + Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. + Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex faults. + Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. + Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. + Previous experience in similar roles within industrial or manufacturing environments. + Proficiency in spoken and written English.
