To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer Technician  located in Aguascalientes

PTH process, working on all documentation and technical review such machines related to the PTH process as Wave solder, router, Robots etc. Develop of process documentation for new PCBA such as, MPI. Support in the production lines to avoid any stop line or downtimes related the process.

What a typical day looks like:

Set up the machinesSend reports about the production floorDevelop of process documentation as MPIMonitoring and develop improvement plan to reach expected quality, cost and delivery metrics.Capacity analysis to solve problemsImprove the process.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:1 year the experience in the industryPCBA´s knowledgePCBA tooling supportKnowledge on IPC-610 PCBA Soldering standard criteria.Problem solving structured analysis and follow up continuous improvement plans.English BasicFully understanding and interpretation of sata sheetsWave / selective / Robot programming process developmentHigh school
