To achieve this, we are seeking for experienced consultants to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus, the UK, the MENA region, and other countries internationally.

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

You will work with multi-disciplinary individuals that provide a broad range of consulting services. Working together, we help clients better assess and improve their technology, identify change and improvement opportunities, manage risks and drive them to next era to increase stakeholder and shareholder value. Team members include professionals with a variety of backgrounds including academic and professional experience.You will help solve our clients’ toughest challenges in areas such as business transformation, digital strategy & transformation, technology implementation, data & AI, customer experience, and emerging technologies such as cloud, IoT, and RPA. It’s meaningful work, every single day. You’ll drive long-term value across every industry, helping clients find inventive solutions to their business problems. You’ll help them grow, while discovering limitless opportunities to develop yourself across various industries. You will be formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organizations, transforming operations and processes, and improving business performance through the power of people, innovation, and technology. You’ll be expected to apply strong analytical thinking and business acumen to align technology initiatives with client goals. You will help build insight and action plans around competitor intelligence and industry trends to ensure our clients remain forward-thinking and agile. You’ll also support vendor and technology evaluations, helping clients select platforms that best support their transformation goals. You’ll collaborate with different cross-functional teams, with the freedom and ability to explore new ideas, prototypes, and design your own solutions. You’ll be transforming businesses, one idea at a time, using Agile and DevOps practices to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement. Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and technological requirements and provide strategic transformational recommendations. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate change and adopt new technologies effectively. Manage the implementation of transformation projects ensuring quality of work and timeline delivery Manage the implementation of transformation projects, ensuring quality of work, timeline delivery, and measurable business outcomes. You’ll lead multi-region programs and adapt solutions to different cultural and regulatory contexts. Be a transformation partner to clients by educating them through meetings, workshops, and training sessions. You’ll support change management efforts, including communication planning and stakeholder alignment. Cultivate strong client relationships by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and understanding of their needs, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and C-level executives. Be proactive and take initiative to support engagement managers and partners in delivering high-quality work to our clients. You’ll contribute to a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.

 

To qualify for the role, you should have:

 

We are hiring people across various levels; therefore, the years of experience requirement varies. You can apply if you have 3–5 years of experience in technology and digital strategy and transformation and/or IT consulting. More experienced professionals are also welcomed to apply. A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degrees in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business are preferred. Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, Agile, or ITIL are considered a significant advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a logical and methodical approach to complex challenges. Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions — including but not limited to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, data analytics, Digital Economy, Platform-based models, enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), software engineering practices, solution architecture, enterprise architecture and low-code/no-code tools. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team, including cross-functional and multi-disciplinary groups. Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills in English. Fluency in English in both written and verbal communications is a must. Strong drive to excel professionally and a commitment to continuous learning and development. Ability to foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment, embracing Agile and DevOps methodologies. Ability to comfortably work with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including senior management and C-level. Experience in change management, including training, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement. Exposure to vendor and technology evaluation, including selection and management of third-party platforms and providers. Experience working on multi-country or cross-regional transformation programs, with an understanding of cultural and regulatory differences. Self-driven and flexible, able to work autonomously with a proven work ethic. Hard-working professional with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and ability to commute in Cyprus for local projects and abroad for international projects. What is most important is that you are committed to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team. You’ll need to demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, proactiveness, and passion to develop fast in an international working environment. You’ll need to pick up new skills and talents as you go, so asking questions and having the confidence to speak up are essential.

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have:

 

Good appreciation of current market technology and transformation trends (e.g., Cloud computing, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Digital Economy, Platform-based models, and Low-code/No-code development) and how these are likely to impact key industry players. Experience in one or more of the following: Transformation programs, Data & AI, customer experience, digital services, technology implementation, product portfolio review, revenue improvement and cost reduction initiatives, innovation initiatives, Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, data analytics, Digital Economy, Platform-based models, enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce), software engineering practices, solution architecture, enterprise architecture and low-code/no-code tools. Experience from working in a multinational environment or consulting firm. Client-facing experience from a professional services background. Willingness to travel abroad in locations such as KSA, MENA, the UK, etc. Greek and Arabic fluency will be considered an advantage.
