Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary:** **The Technology Transfer Engineer is responsible for facilitating the smooth transition of technologies, products, and processes from development phases into full-scale manufacturing. This role ensures that new products/processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while optimizing efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Provides the project management needed to develop and implement new and/or improved regional & global projects and flawless execution of new products + Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, SOPs, batch records, validation protocols, and reports + Serve as a technical liaison between R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory teams + Execute all the critical steps in order to complete Technology Transfer process + Follow up all new projects closely with related stakeholders to be completed on time + Implement alternative supplier and raw material validations and FTG projects + Update the formulation databases, perform the scaling up of laboratory/pilot processes to full manufacturing scale; identify and troubleshoot process-related issues + Identify opportunities for improving technology transfer processes, efficiencies, and product/process quality + Work closely with a variety of other groups such as, Packaging Development, Division and Subsidiary Marketing, Purchasing, Planning, Production and Quality to achieve desired goals **Required Qualifications :** + A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering field + Minimum 2 years of experience in Technology Transfer, Process Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and/or related technical experience + Fluency in English + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Experience working in cross-functional teams + Good knowledge of MS Office, Google tools + Familiarity with process validation, risk assessment, and root cause analysis tools is a plus + Strong project management and organizational abilities, analytical thinking, problem solving, time management and follow-up skills with attention to details **Perks Of Role** • International Working Environment • Shuttle Services (From Anatolian Side of Istanbul and Kuruçeşme on the Izmit side) • Comprehensive Medical/Life insurance coverage • 24/7 Employee Assistance Program **Disclaimer - Interested candidates are requested to upload their resumes drafted in English language only.** \#LI-KS1 **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
