Job Summary:
As a Technology Support Lead in the Equities Prime Financial Services Production Management team, you will help maintain the stability, availability, and performance of key applications. You will support product flows across Futures and Options, Credit, Rates, and FX, from Exchange connectivity to client reporting. You will work in a collaborative environment that values communication and continuous improvement. Your proactive approach will help drive automation and innovation. You will play a vital role in connecting business and technology to deliver outstanding results.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and optimize production application environments to ensure readiness for business, operations, and clientsCollaborate with technology, business, and operations teams to resolve issues and drive improvementsDrive automation and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and reduce manual tasksCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to address challenges and provide timely updatesBuild and maintain strong relationships with business partners and support teams

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience in technical support or similar roles, preferably in applications supportStrong communication skills and ability to work in diverse, global teamsAdvanced problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for technologyAbility to work under pressure and deliver on timeProactive, adaptive, independent, and self-managing with the ability to lead initiativesWillingness to adapt to changes in work requirements, roles, and responsibilities
