**Technology Solutions Developer (Salesforce/nCino)** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Solutions Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce and nCino to design, develop, and deliver innovative banking solutions. You will play a key role in customizing the nCino platform, integrating systems, and mentoring junior developers—all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation in financial services. **Responsibilities:** · Designing and developing custom solutions on the nCino platform to meet business requirements, including configuring and customizing nCino applications · Developing and maintaining integrations with core banking systems, third-party applications, and other data sources using nCino's APIs. · Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, including code reviews and adherence to coding standards. · Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to nCino applications and providing ongoing support. · Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and UI/UX designers, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. · Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide innovative solutions. **Required Qualifications:** · 6-8 yrs of strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and the nCino Bank Operating System. · Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. · Experience in configuring and customizing nCino modules (Loan Origination, DocGen, etc.) · Experience with integrating Salesforce/nCino with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Ability to independently solve problems and research solutions. · Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until 08/15/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $64,734– $90,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
