Join us and be part of a global team that’s passionate about driving innovation and making a difference. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Technology Seller (TSR) in Client Value Engineering, you will bridge sales and technical roles to analyze a client's business and demonstrate tangible value beyond just features. You will use business acumen, technical understanding, quantitative value modelling, client discovery and strong executive communication to translate technical benefits into business outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Analyzing Client Business: Analyzing a client's business to identify areas where products can deliver ROI through cost savings, revenue growth, or efficiency. This involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and building a financial case to prove the value of solutions. * Developing Financial Models: Developing financial models to demonstrate the tangible value of products and solutions, using data and deep discovery to translate technical benefits into business outcomes. * Demonstrating Measurable Value: Working in both pre-sales and post-sales to demonstrate measurable value to clients, securing deals by showing how products deliver ROI and drive business outcomes. * Collaborating with Clients: Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs, working closely with them to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Data-Driven Value Analysis: Experience with data analysis to identify areas of cost savings, revenue growth, or efficiency gains in a client's business, and build a quantified case to prove the value of IBM solutions. * Business Outcome Translation: Experience translating technical benefits into business outcomes, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. * Strategic Client Collaboration and Consulting: Experience collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of solutions. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Technical Understanding of IBM's Technology Portfolio: Business level understanding of IBM's hybrid cloud, infrastructure, modernization and AI products * Deep Discovery Expertise: Experience with deep discovery to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet those needs, working closely with clients to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions. * Data-Driven Insights: Experience using data analysis to identify areas of cost savings, revenue growth, or efficiency gains in a client's business, and build a financial case to prove the value of solutions.
