**Introduction** The role of the HashiCorp Subject Matter Expert (SME) is to create demand and progress opportunities across the HashiCorp product portfolio in Financial Services accounts. The HashiCorp SME owns the budget for the market and is expected to have a business plan and the operational rigor to deliver the budget objectives.
