The ideal Sr. Sales Rep will be aggressive, results-oriented, with a strong drive for success. This position requires outstanding ability to sell in a fast-paced sales environment. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo’s PC´s products. This position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalog of Lenovo products and selling against the competition. The Sales Rep will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support. This role will be responsible for successfully achieving sales targets (quota) including weekly forecasts. The position is also responsible for product planning to increase product sales growth and expand market share. Evaluates and adjusts strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets. Identifies and maintains relationships with product partners, third party vendors, etc. Contributes to product development based on client needs. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Lead the sales strategy and execution for Lenovo’s PC´s products in the assigned territory, focusing on the B2B/commercial market. + Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. + Provide product expertise and sales enablement to the local team to ensure alignment with Lenovo’s objectives. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. + Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. + Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to optimize product positioning and promotions. + Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. + Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT sector + Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a dynamic environment. + Fluency in English.
