**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Technology Seller (TSR) in the Select segment, you will serve Technology Sales Leaders for high-priority IBM accounts to drive growth. You will develop targeted account plans based on customer, industry, and product footprint to grow existing and new client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Account Plans: Create targeted account plans based on customer, industry, and product footprint to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. • Drive IBM Technology Strategy: Translate customer needs into the right cross-Technology architecture, in context of use cases and critical technology decision points, to drive the IBM Technology strategy with customers. • Build Senior Relationships: Engage in CxO conversations to build senior IBM relationships and ensure executive client buy-in, serving as the customer's strategic advisor. • Translate Customer Requirements: Interpret customer requirements into actionable solutions, leveraging industry and product knowledge to deliver value to clients. • Foster Client Growth: Grow existing and new client relationships by identifying opportunities and developing targeted solutions to meet customer needs.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Technology Sales Leadership: Experience with developing targeted account plans based on customer, industry, and product footprint to drive growth and expansion in high-priority accounts.
• Cross-Technology Architecture: Experience in translating customer needs into the right cross-Technology architecture, in context of use cases and critical technology decision points.
• Executive Client Engagement: Experience with engaging in CxO conversations to build senior IBM relationships and ensure executive client buy-in.
• Industry and Product Knowledge: Experience with leveraging industry and product knowledge to deliver value to clients and develop targeted solutions to meet customer needs.
• Strategic Advisory: Experience in serving as a strategic advisor to customers, interpreting customer requirements into actionable solutions.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• Cross-Industry Knowledge: Experience with multiple industries, including understanding of industry-specific challenges and trends, to develop targeted account plans and deliver value to clients.
• Advanced Technology Solutions: Experience in designing and implementing complex cross-Technology architectures, including integration of multiple products and services, to meet customer needs.
• Strategic Planning: Experience with strategic planning and execution, including developing and implementing plans to drive growth and expansion in high-priority accounts.
