**Introduction**
As a Technology Sales Leader, you are the IBM sales leader dedicated to specific named accounts. You responsible for representing technology products and solutions across the IBM Technology portfolio, in collaboration with IBM Brand Sellers and Brand Technical Sellers, Client Engineering, and Customer Success Management teams.
**Your role and responsibilities**
A natural at leading, collaborating and networking, you'll be a lynchpin. A coordinator and conduit driving best-fit skills-mixes across your direct and cross-brand teams including: Data and AI, Automation, AI Apps, Security Software & Services, Cloud Platform, Storage, Power, TSS, and Z. With credibility as a knowledgeable market and industry advisor, you'll earn client's trust and respect to become their strategic technology partner. Using the knowledge you gain about your clients' business and industry you'll identify and prioritize opportunities that will improve their business performance.
Being highly skilled in building and nurturing strategic client relationships, you'll use your consultative style to drive the adoption and penetration of IBM's platforms through innovative solution recommendations that leverage IBM technologies, architectures, industry content, and offerings.

**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Fluent Spanish language
* Experience creating strategies and selling solutions for Hybrid Cloud, AI, Data Management, Security, etc
* Technology advising, opportunity identification & value selling
* Communication skills; Clarity in vision & purpose for peers and clients
* Leadership; Collaboration; Business and technical acumen; Networking skills
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Account Strategy, Planning and Execution
* Demonstrable understanding of client structures and relationships
* Understands Stakeholders, Influencers relationship mapping, Executive alignment
* Familiarity with one or more IBM Technology Brands
