U.S. Bank’s Technology Portfolio & Analytics Leader will be responsible for leading the technology metrics and analytics strategy, managing the strategy and execution of our Clarity and Tableau Technology metrics platform, providing oversight of the performance of all programs across the bank where Technology is contributing to the initiative and leading the technology monthly business review process and materials


RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads the metrics and analytics strategy for the technology organization, identifying the critical metrics and technology OKRs to track progress against our strategic goals and simplify the metrics ecosystemManages the strategy and execution of our Clarity and Tableau Technology metrics platform, including a vision for how we can leverage AI to drive efficiencies in our portfolio metrics processesProvides oversight of the performance of all initiatives across the bank where Technology has a role in deliveryLeads the technology monthly business review process, creating the materials and leading the discussion with the CITO and directs monthlyThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and flexibility to work outside the office location the other daysAble and willing to travel up to 10% domestically

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceDeep experience leading metrics and OKR strategies for large organizations, preferably in technologyExperience and knowledge in how delivery initiatives are executed, including key data to be monitored and tracked to ensure successSignificant experience using and managing Clarity for large enterprises

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or higher degree Financial services experience

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $170,255.00 - $200,300.00
