The Leidos External Technology team, part of the Leidos Office of Technology Tech Integration, seeks a Technology Partnership Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and execution of technology partnership initiatives that leverage automation and system integration to deliver measurable business outcomes.
This position reports to the Director of External Technology Partnerships and is responsible for evaluating partnership requirements, defining technical workflows, and implementing automation-enabled solutions that align with enterprise architecture and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze partnership and business requirements to define technical specifications, workflow logic, and system integration needs.
Direct the design and implementation of automation-enabled processes for partner onboarding, document management, and reporting.
Lead cross-functional technical engagements to gather input, define program functions, determine data acquisition methods, and establish output requirements.
Develop new and enhanced business information processing workflows through system automation and integration with partner platforms.
Execute automated data pipelines, status dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track partnership performance and compliance.
Produce technical documentation, including process diagrams, data flow models, and system requirement specifications.
Evaluate automation solutions for scalability, security, and alignment with operational standards.
Oversee acceptance testing, validation of automated workflows, and transition to operational teams.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of professional experience in technology program management, business systems analysis, or technical partnership execution.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing requirements, defining system specifications, and implementing automation solutions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint), and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath).
Strong technical writing and executive-level reporting skills.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in complex, high-visibility initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with API-based system integrations and data automation.
Familiarity with large enterprise architectures and process optimization methodologies.
