This job is responsible for leading the planning, designing, and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions to meet deployment requirements aligned with available playbooks and technical blueprints. Key responsibilities include providing and communicating technology solutions across audiences and overseeing projects and activities related to special initiatives or operations. Job expectations include leading the resolution process for problems, adhering to defined practices and policies to obtain results, and establishing input/output processes and working parameters for systems.

We are seeking a CyberArk Credentials, Vault, Infrastructure, and Application Operations Specialist to join our security and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient credential management across infrastructure and enterprise applications.  Candidate will partner with infrastructure, application, and security teams to safeguard privileged accounts, streamline operational processes, and support critical business functions. This position provides a unique opportunity to directly strengthen the organization’s security posture while working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

Fulfills requests from business users and operations, communicates technical status updates with appropriate teams, and oversees stability, resiliency, reliability, and the performance of multiple supported systemsMentors other team members and provides technical leadershipCaptures and translates business requirements into complex infrastructure and/or system design for specific implementations and collaborates with technology stakeholders, Solution Delivery Management teams, Technology Project Management teams, Solutions Engineering teams, and technical service providers for system design and deploymentSupports change implementations, proactively identifies and resolves potential issues resulting from the changes, and performs access and/or physical provisioning/deprovisioning (additions, modifications, and deletions) for infrastructure and applicationsProvides consulting services to Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) and technical partners, executes procedures reliably, and escalates appropriately to solve incidents quicklyProvides release support when needed and manages engagement across audiencesProvides full lifecycle management of the infrastructure and application environmentsAdminister and support CyberArk Privileged Access Security Suite (Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA)Monitor CyberArk platform health, availability, and performance, ensuring alignment with operational SLAsTroubleshoot and resolve credential vaulting, rotation, and integration issuesPartner with infrastructure and application teams to enable secure access integrationsEnforce compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standardsProvide Tier-2/3 support for CyberArk-related incidents and service requestsParticipate in audits, evidence gathering, and privileged access governance reportingSupport change management, testing, and deployment of CyberArk updates and patchesCreate and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles

Required Qualifications: 

3+ years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) administration and operationsStrong hands-on expertise with CyberArk components (Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA)Experience managing credentials across Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, middleware, and APIsFamiliarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles and privileged access best practicesStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsAbility to describe highly technical information in an understandable level to any audience

Desired Qualifications: 

CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, Guardian)Experience with CyberArk Secrets ManagerScripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and onboardingExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and PAM integrationsFamiliarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and authentication mechanismsExposure to SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, etc.) for monitoring privileged activityITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITSM best practices
