The Inventory Intelligence team at lululemon is a passionate, results-driven engineering group of 25+ professionals. We ensure that product inventory information for our stores and OMNI programs is always accurate and available in real time. Our work empowers guests to shop for our products whenever and wherever they choose.

The Technology Manager role is dynamic and requires the ability to effectively balance supporting team members’ career growth, building strong business relationships, deeply understanding technical domains, and providing clear engineering leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a solid engineering and development background to guide their team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology4+ years of experience in software development in cloud-based technologies3+ years as a team lead or manager role supporting an engineering teamExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing prioritiesmust haves

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $131,100-$172,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
