The Opportunity  

A career within the Connected Compliance and Managed Services - Technology team will provide you with the opportunity to participate in a wide range of innovative projects and utilize a variety of cutting-edge tools, leading to Tax Digital Transformation. We design and deliver digital solutions that transform how tax and finance functions operate—combining data, automation and AI to drive accuracy, speed and insight for our clients and our own delivery teams across the PwC network. 

 

Your Responsibilities  

Lead end-to-end delivery of tax technology projects: discovery, design, build, test, deploy and support. 

Research emerging technologies and translate them into practical, scalable business solutions. 

Rapidly prototype using Power Platform, AI/ML and RPA 

Oversee client engagements 

Identify and shape new solution opportunities and assist with proposals. 

Collaborate with tax SMEs to digitize processes such as VAT/e-invoicing, Pillar Two, corporate tax compliance and tax reporting. 

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security and independence standards and PwC risk protocols. 

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment 

 

What You Bring  

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field 

5+ years in technology, analytics or automation roles, including 2+ years leading projects and people. 

Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); hands-on solution building experience. 

Solid technical acumen: software development lifecycle, systems integration, APIs, data modeling, and basic architecture. 

Experience with one or more: AI/ML tools, RPA (UiPath/Power Automate), Alteryx, data visualization (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik). 

Energetic and positive team player, with a particular interest in learning new technologies 

Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, professional discipline, and excellent interpersonal skills 

Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, solve problems and deliver measurable outcomes. 

Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written). 

Team leadership experience across matrixed, cross-functional teams and vendors. 

 

What Sets You Apart   

Tax domain exposure (process or systems) in areas like VAT/e-invoicing mandates, Pillar Two or statutory reporting. 

Cloud/data stack: Azure (DevOps, Data Factory, Databricks), SQL/Snowflake, Python, Git/CI‑CD, APIs, Docker. 

ERP and tax systems integration: SAP/Oracle, ONESOURCE, Vertex, SAP DRC/S/4HANA.
