The Technology Lead (Contract) will oversee and project manage the implementation of the Tririga platform across three sites: two in Ireland and one in Germany. This role is dedicated to the successful delivery of the Tririga platform over a defined contract period, ensuring best practices, effective coordination, and high-quality outcomes through focused execution and collaboration with client and internal technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the Tririga platform implementation at the specified sites, aligning to the client’s goals and project timeline.
Coordinate Tririga configuration workstreams, working closely with the client technology team to establish and manage task assignments and milestones.
Oversee the setup of core project data requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness for system deployment.
Develop and execute communications plans to ensure clear, timely updates to stakeholders and users throughout the implementation.
Manage end-to-end system testing, including the creation of test plans, scheduling, and issue tracking and resolution.
Plan and deliver comprehensive user training sessions tailored for each location to support system adoption.
Direct all aspects of data conversion, including planning, validation, and execution to ensure a seamless migration to Tririga.
Manage the rollout of QR codes across all sites, collaborating on logistics, integration with Tririga, and user enablement.
Identify potential project risks, reporting progress, and implementing mitigation strategies when necessary to safeguard project objectives.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Maintain clear documentation of project activities and deliverables for audit and post-project assessment.
Demonstrated experience leading Tririga platform implementations or similar technology rollouts, preferably in multi-site or international/regional contexts.
Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within scope, from planning through go-live.
Strong capability in coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously including configuration, data, testing, training, conversion, and communications.
Experience collaborating with client technology teams and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective delivery of tasks.
Knowledge of systems integration and data migration best practices.
Professional fluency in English; additional proficiency in German or experience working in the European context is a plus

This position is best suited for candidates with direct Tririga or comparable platform rollout experience in complex, multi-site environments, and who possess the skills to engage and coordinate cross-functional teams for technology-driven transformation.
