As a Technology Execution Director within PNC’s Line of Business CIO Group, you will be based in PNC’s Atlanta, GA location. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.
This role is a senior-level position responsible for leading a team charged with enhancing strategy, planning and execution within PNC’s business technology organization. This team leads the development of all executive presentations, reporting packages, communication and collaboration routines and talent programs.
To be successful in driving complex and cross-functional technology initiatives, you will need to leverage your domain expertise, building a holistic execution strategy and harness human leadership qualities to accelerate strategic business outcomes that have wide-reaching impact.
Key initiatives and preferred qualifications for this role:
• Strategic Planning: Defining initiative scope, goals, and milestones, developing detailed plans and identifying critical dependencies across teams.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Using a consultative approach, leading and facilitating communication between engineering teams, product management, design, quality assurance, ad other stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to proactively address issues that could impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Resource Management: Allocating and managing project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and technology.
• Reporting and Communication: Regularly communicate program status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
