This role will cover jobs that identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirement gathering, and define scope and objectives for companywide / business systems integrated with technology development and infrastructure. Covers jobs focused on developing data and/or system requirements and implementing technical strategies and data solutions to meet the business needs.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systemsContribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirementsEvaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problemsPartner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutionsAct as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processesCollaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverablesCoordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teamsRequired Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Banking Line of Business Experience is a plusCertification in Business Continuity Planning or related field (e.g., CBCP, MBCI)Experience with business continuity software and toolsStrong project management skillsExperience in crisis communication and emergency managementAbility to adapt quickly to changing situations and provide innovative solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under pressureDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and qualityJob Expectations:
