Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technology Designer to join our team. This role focuses on the design and coordination of low-voltage systems that support modern building infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in structured cabling, audiovisual systems, electronic safety and security, and other technology platforms essential to today’s smart buildings.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and document low-voltage systems including telecommunications, audiovisual, security, and paging systemsPrepare construction drawings, specifications, and system layouts using AutoCAD and RevitConduct site surveys and assessments to inform design decisionsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless integration of technology systemsEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirementsStay current with emerging technologies and industry best practicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field3+ years of experience in technology systems design within the AEC industryFamiliarity with BICSI, Infocomm, and other relevant standardsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design software toolsStrong communication and coordination skillsIndustry certifications such as BICSI RCDD or CTS-D are a plusWhat We Offer

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
