Role – Technology Architect - AEM- Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Strategist

Developing and implementing strategies and technology solutions that enhance customer engagement, improve user experiences, and leverage technology to drive measurable marketing outcomes. Become a trusted advisor to customers and also to internal stakeholders in driving customer’s and our own business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for blending marketing strategy with cutting-edge consumer experience technology, driving the integration of advanced technologies into our client’s marketing initiatives.
Experience & Skills needed:15+ years of overall industry experience in defining & implementing strategies and technology solutions & applications including Digital Commerce, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management10+ years of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience suite, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.10+ years of experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and leveraging data to drive decisions.Expertise in consumer experience design, with a deep understanding of user journeys, personalization, and omnichannel marketing.Experience with AI, machine learning, or other advanced technologies used in marketing automation and personalization.10+ years of experience in working closely and collaboratively with globally distributed teams – including in India and other Europe marketsShould have provided solution to at-least 3 digital transformation / digital assets management initiatives using all variants of Adobe Experience Manager (on-premise, AMS and SaaS)Global Website Rollouts, Centralize Digital Asset Mgmt , Designing and building component library, AEM CS management and go-live support , performance improvement strategiesExperience with architecting and developing solutions for highly scalable, highly available systemsExperience Integrating AEM with other Adobe systems and enterprise systemsProvide architecture services for Adobe Experience CloudShould be aware of the latest Adobe Experience Cloud featuresResponsible for creation and integration of solution using Adobe Experience Cloud Translate complex functional, technical and business requirements into architectural designs using industry best practices and owns the solution Blue printAble to consider both business and technical audiences. Participate client meetings and interactions to explain the solution approachHands on experience in AEM coding of AEM backend and front end componentsProvides oversight, planning, estimates and technical guidance to ensure successful delivery AEM based projects.Participates in the project design, development, and deployment implementation using Adobe Suite.Establish and implement best practices around using the Adobe platform.Ensures project developed is held to quality standards through code and design reviewsParticipates in RFP participation and estimation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize customer experiences, ensuring they are personalized, engaging, and responsive to consumer needs, preferences, and behaviors.Technology Integration:
Lead the adoption and integration of marketing technology solutions (such as marketing automation, customer data platforms, and AI-driven analytics) to improve campaign effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data analytics and insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions, ensuring initiatives are optimized for performance and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reporting and analysis of key metrics.Innovation and Trend Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and digital platforms to enhance the consumer experience and marketing outcomes.Customer-Centric Approach:
