**Technology Analyst (Salesforce/nCino)** Experience Required: 10 to 14 years We are seeking a seasoned Technology Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce development and specialized experience in the nCino Bank Operating System. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership, hands-on development skills, and a solid understanding of commercial banking processes. Must Have Skills & Qualifications: + 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) development, 4+ years of direct experience implementing nCino Bank Operating System. + Proven ability to configure nCino UI components such as UI Groups, Routes, Screens, and related elements. + Strong experience in product catalog and package configuration, including entities involvement, exposure, collateral management, and covenants. + Deep understanding of nCino Loan Origination, Core Banking Services (Deposits, Lending), and Digital Banking platforms. + Solid knowledge of Commercial/Business Banking, including end-to-end credit lifecycle and the ability to lead business architecture design sessions. + Capable of translating business requirements into high-level technical designs, building prototypes, and demonstrating solution feasibility. + Proficient in Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). + Strong understanding of SFDC integration and configuration, including no-code tools like Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules. + Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving SFDC/nCino-related issues in a timely and effective manner. + Experience working closely with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solution implementation. + Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable and maintainable technical solutions aligned with business needs. + Familiarity with source control and release management tools such as GitHub and Copado etc + Solid experience in Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.
