Technology – Manager I (Security, GRC and BASIS)

Summary of Duties:

Implement SAP security strategic plan, and engineer solutions in line with business priorities.Manage the installation, monitoring, and performance tuning of SAP Environments, ensuring the efficient and secure operation of the SAP systems.Responsible for providing leadership, guidance, SME advice, and execution of SAP Basis and security functions with a team of internal and external engineering and support teams.Collaborate with functional teams on the design, implementation and testing of business processes.Educate, guide and reinforce the correct SAP security procedures with project teams and third-party provider teams.Develop test cases, perform unit testing, support, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security or GRC functions for SAP applications.Ensure SOX controls compliance by executing SAP security sector procedures.Design and implementation of Risk and Control Matrix and Mitigation Controls.Utilize knowledge of SOX, ITGC, COBIT, and NIST procedures.Follow and adhere to the GameStop change management processes and standards.Maintain detailed documentation of changes (users, roles, system configurations) for audit purposes.Deliver security audit reports in support of Monthly / Quarterly / Annual SOX Audit activities.Review OSS Notes, security patches; implements and tests those patches.Ensure team success through organizational, functional, and team alignment towards team mission and objectives.Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate these into functional specifications for ERP Security, UI Technology (Fiori), and GRC.Partner with implementation teams to support the GRC program and other security related initiatives.Configure and test SAP GRC systems to meet business requirements.Design, maintain, and troubleshoot GRC access control workflow issues, ruleset updates, password management, and role management.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP access and process controls.Create and maintain Firefighter (EAM) processes, accounts, and assignments.Track and ensure Firefighter logs are reviewed in a timely manner.Design and document security administration policies and procedures.Ensure segregation of duties remains intact in all security profiles.Perform periodic self-assessments and audits of all aspects relating to SAP security within all environments.Provide advanced problem solving and technical support for security or GRC related SAP issues.Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP GRC, security, Fiori, BTP, cloud based Applications and IDM related technologies.Management and upkeep of robotic process automation (RPA) within UI Path.Management of resiliency program including conducting business impact assessments, creating disaster recovery/business continuity plans, and execution of continuity and recovery tests.Support the Cyber Incident Response Team with monitoring/response.Support the security engineering and architecture team by addressing misconfigurations, ensuring platforms meet baseline security requirements, and developing new solutions for emergent projects.Participate in cyber security risk management and maintenance of GameStop’s risk register.

Qualifications: 

Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Security (any), Engineering (any), or a related field of study, AND Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. In lieu of Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Security (any), Engineering (any), or a related field of study, AND Four (4) years of experience, the employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Security (any), Engineering (any), or a related field of study AND Six (6 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with: Two advanced certifications from the following list: CISM, CISSP, and/or CRISC; SAP security and SAP GRC, with SAP GRC functionality and configuration; SAP S/4HANA security and authorization design and development; SAP security and authorization design and development; Security for SAP PI, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), BPC (Business Process Controls), SAP BTP, and SAP Hana Database; Leading design discussions, requirement gathering sessions and implementation of security solutions; and UI Path for development.
