The Job:You are responsible for managing and coordinating short-term projects in our Paper Applications Laboratory in EMEA, working in a diverse team of highly skilled Scientists and Laboratory TechniciansThe professional focus is the planning, conducting and evaluation of application studies and projects in the area of Pulp & Paper to deliver technical support and consulting for sales, R&D, marketing and product managementCreativity and innovation is requested, when it comes to the development and validation of application test methods and test devices for the simulation of processes and evaluation of product performanceYou support our R&D and Fast Track team in developing new products or optimizing existing products, devices and procedures/processesFor our internal and external customers you present the results of lab studies and projects. If needed other divisions and locations of our company are supported with your expertise.Skills & Abilities:
You obtained a University degree with a focus on engineering in paper science and technology, preferably, but not necessarily, with three to five years of experience in paper industryKnowledge of the paper production process and wet end chemistry is prerequisiteExperience in application testing of process additives as well as management skills are an advantageAs an international company, we expect verbal and written skills in EnglishFlexibility and willingness to work internationally and cross-culturally is important
