As a Product Technologist, you will be part of a dynamic design house crafting beautiful home fragrance products—candles, diffusers, room sprays, and bespoke gifts—for retailers across the UK and beyond.

You’ll become a cornerstone of the Technical Team, working across:

Technical document management for every stage of product development Liaising with global factories on testing, sampling, and product specifications Coordinating raw material samples, user trial samples, and test samples Analysing test reports and managing uploads to customer platforms Conducting product reviews and risk assessments with precision What We are Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

Proven track record in product technical roles within busy office environments Experience with offshore manufacturing and global retailers Familiarity with home fragrance products. A bonus, not a barrier! Knowledge of retailer data platforms? We’d love it! Microsoft Office pro—Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint & Teams Confident working with spreadsheets and maintaining organised digital files
