Raw Material sourcing and development
· Sourcing supplier allocation
· Kick off the sourcing and development work
· Review, validate info (spec, price and lead time) and cfm the workable options
· Reengineering/ duplication
· System update, e.g. FlexPLM/Centric, Box.com
Raw Material Approval QA & Risk assessment
· Kick off fabric QA, prelim risk assessment work e.g mold trial, bonding
· Build quality guideline and meet QA DDD date
· Define and follow up the high risk (quality performance and capacity) material in season development
· New fabric process route validation and visit
· Review info accuracy and assess Risk assessment result--decision making
· Monitor the performance of the suppliers
· System update e.g. FlexPLM, Box.com
· DGT testing specimen review, validation of info, connecting with CFT and escalate to leaders to align decision making
· QA library management
· Coordinate with Color team regarding Color approval work

Qualifications· 4+ years in technical position within a factory environment with production responsibilities
· Prior experience working in graphic printer/laundry/dyeing house/garment factory is essential
· Solid knowledge in knit fabric
· Capable of presenting issues and solutions to peers, management and the US customers
· Willing to travel
· Must have close contact with chemical and machinery suppliers
· Results oriented and can work under own initiative
· Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; excellent communicator
· Good command of written and spoken English
