Le Technicien Applicatif & Baan garantit la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la qualité des informations au sein de l’entreprise.
Il intervient sur l’ERP et les applicatifs métiers pour assurer leur développement, maintenance, support et amélioration continue.

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice IT & Organisation, le poste couvre le périmètre Operations – CPN Gien – EMEA et implique des interactions quotidiennes avec l’ensemble des utilisateurs et plusieurs prestataires externes

Au cours d’une journée type, vous devrez :Analyser & cadrer les besoins (≈40%)Échanger avec les équipes industrielles et métiers.Étudier les projets et rédiger les cahiers des charges.Comprendre les enjeux fonctionnels et les contraintes des processus.

Développer & faire évoluer les applications (≈40%)Réaliser les développements : analyse, programmation, tests.Installer les solutions et former les utilisateurs.Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’ERP et des applicatifs.

Piloter les prestataires (≈10%)Assurer le suivi des interventions et projets confiés aux prestataires externes.Garantir la cohérence, la qualité et le respect des délais.

Tester, documenter, mettre en production (≈10%)Réaliser les tests, recettages, installations.Produire et maintenir une documentation claire et à jour.

Contribuer au déploiement EHS & à l’amélioration continueParticiper activement aux enjeux EHS liés à votre périmètre.Apporter des idées d’optimisation sur les processus et outils.

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussirFormation & expérienceNiveau BTS/DUT minimum.Environ 4 ans d’expérience en développement applicatif ou support ERP (idéalement Baan/Infor).Solides compétences en bases de donnéesAnglais écrit/oral intermédiaire souhaité.
