Principales responsabilités (lister les domaines d'activité, les classer par ordre d'importance et leur affecter un pourcentage)

PLANNIFICATION ET SUIVI MAINTENANCE

Suivi des Bons de Travaux (BT) pour les maintenances préventives systématiques ainsi que pour les vérifications périodiques réglementaires sur la GMAO.Suivi des Demandes d’Intervention (DI) émanant des différents services du site, vérification du contenu et définition de la priorité.Configurer l’arborescence et les fiches équipements (documentations techniques et plans machines) des installations du site sur la GMAO.Rédaction de modes opératoires de maintenance pour les moyens de production et installations du site selon les normes et exigences PPG (plan de maintenance).

METHODOLOGIES DE MAINTENANCE

Pilotage de la politique de gestion du stock de pièces détachées (GMAO), demandes d’achats et mise en stock physique (inventaires).Réalisation d’indicateurs de maintenance (KPI) et analyses de pannes (QQOQCP, 5 POURQUOI, PARETO, AMDEC, etc.) selon les données exportées de la GMAO.Analyse pour l’optimisation des moyens industriels et processSupport sur les sujets transverses maintenance (méthodes, organisation, HSE, QMS, etc.)Participation à la démarche d’amélioration du site (5S)Assister et seconder le technicien de maintenance lors d’opérations spécifiques de maintenance
