Nous développons et produisons des renforts utilisés pour le traitement des hernies inguinales et ventrales. Ces produits de haute technologie favorisent l’implantation par des techniques chirurgicales mini-invasives et améliorent ainsi la prise en charge des patients en réduisant les complications post-opératoires. Depuis 1999, plus de 5 millions de patients ont été implantés. Environ 900 000 implants sont fabriqués chaque année, 90% d'entre eux sont exportés sur les cinq continents. En tant que Technicien Contrôle Qualité Biochimie (2x8), vous serez principalement en charge d’assurer la conformité des produits biochimiques et textiles, en réceptionnant et en enregistrant les échantillons, en effectuant les tests selon les instructions de travail détaillées, en rédigeant les certificats d’analyses, tout en assurant une qualité irréprochable. Au sein du service Laboratoire contrôle qualité, vous ferez partie de l’équipe du pôle Biochimie sur le site de Trévoux dans l’Ain. **Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées** + Réceptionner, enregistrer, contrôler la conformité des produits biochimiques et textiles en suivant le planning hebdomadaire établi et les délais + Réaliser les tests, interpréter les résultats, et rédiger les rapports et certificats d’analyses + Appliquer les spécifications, procédures, instructions/enregistrements qualité + Signaler à votre supérieur tout écart observé par rapport aux instructions, fiche de spécification en vigueur et/ou toute modification de planning de son fait ou inhérent à l'arrivée des échantillons, traçabilité ou de problèmes d’équipements + En cas de non-conformités, appliquer la procédure de gestion en vigueur + Participer aux tests de validations de méthodes de contrôles selon les besoins des projets + Suivre, gérer, commander, ranger le matériel nécessaire au bon déroulement des tests + Participer à la vie du Labo en effectuant les tâches du 5S (ex : rangement de sa zone 5S, des bureaux vaisselle, classement, relevés des températures, etc…) + Proposer des pistes d'amélioration de votre activité (solutions techniques aux problématiques rencontrées ou tout autre optimisation, change control, optimisation des pratiques…) + Si nécessaire, modifier des documents qualité associés au service et/ou réaliser d’autres tâches en support de l’activité (participer à la résolution de problème : A3 …) + Respecter les procédures EHS et participer à l’amélioration + En cas de besoin effectuer le planning en partenariat avec le Team Leader du pôle **Connaissances et expériences requises** + Formation : Bac +2 Biochimie, Bio analyses et contrôles, Chimie + Une expérience dans un laboratoire contrôle qualité est souhaité (minimum 2 ans) + Anglais technique + Expérience sur les tests textiles appréciée (tests de découpe et rupture) + Connaissance des outils qualité basiques (6M,5 pourquoi, PDCA …) + Poste en 2x8 **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
