**Job Purpose:** To operate and maintain bottle packing machinery efficiently and ensure proper packaging of products as per GMP and quality standards. --- **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate and monitor bottle packing machines (e.g., bottle unscrambler, filling, capping, labeling, and cartooning). + Perform line clearance and machine changeover activities as per SOP. + Ensure adherence to batch packing record (BPR) documentation requirements. + Check and verify the correct packing materials as per the product batch. + Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area as per cGMP norms. + Coordinate with maintenance team for timely resolution of breakdowns. + Conduct in-process quality checks and report any deviations. + Report line output, rejection, and downtime to the supervisor. + Follow all safety and compliance norms during operations. --- **Qualifications & Experience:** Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc with relevant experience.
