MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
+ Responsible for maintenance and repair services of mechanical and electrical manufacturing systems.
+ Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
+ Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
+ Monitors, repairs and maintains production equipment to ensure continuous production.
+ Provides mechanical and/ or electrical repair.
+ Responsible for repair, preventative maintenance, data management, project support, control support and ISO audits support.
+ Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.
+ Studies equipment performance and reliability.
+ Responsible for equipment maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of plant equipment in comply with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.
+ Complete 3C (Concern, cause and corrective action) for every corrective/demand maintenance of plant equipment.
+ Perform either 12-hours rotating shift or Non-shift works.
+ Support operation (day/ night shift) if needed.
+ Support the equipment qualification such as walkdown, punch list, commissioning, IQ/ OQ/ PQ on any new project.
+ Execution of work order and record job performed via MAXIMO system.
+ Lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.
+ Take part in continuous improvement efforts/ projects or JDI.
+ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Experience Requirements**
+ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Nutritional preferred.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Knowledge on lean six sigma, kaizen and Kanban.
**Qualifications**
+ ITC/ NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering/ Mechanical or related discipline or GCE "N/ O/ A" Level with at least 1 to 3 years of experience.
