We're looking for an Level 2 Mechanical Technician for Ivory Coast focusing on the delivery of planned maintenance programs to ensure reliable and safe asset operation.

What you’ll do:

To carry out ‘A’ and ‘B’ services maintenance as per work instruction on Aggreko generators. To carry out electronic engines ECM calibration as required.To carry out ‘A’ and ‘B’ services maintenance as per work instruction on Aggreko generators. To carry out electronic engines ECM (Engine Control Module) calibration as required.To carry out generators ‘Health Checks,’ interpret results and carry out required adjustments / repair. To carry out oil sample result analysis.To carry out generators ‘Health Checks’, interpret results and carry out required adjustments / repairs. To carry out oil sample result analysis. - To carry out replacement as per work instructions of major components’ including but not limited to Power cylinders, cylinder heads, Water pumps, Camshaft, Turbochargers, etc. on Aggreko generators. Identify and fix leaks on LFO (Light Fuel Oil) & HFO (Heavy Fuel Oil) pipework. To carry out systematic fault finding and repairs on mechanical equipment including DC control circuits. To carry out procedural-based failure reporting using paper and electronic systems. To complete and maintain paper and electronic records as per site specifics. To carry out ‘On the Job Training’ for service crew and mechanical technician core (M1). Operate the inventory and maintenance management system (M3, MMS (Maintenance Management System), ATA (Aggreko Technician App) or equivalent).Use Aggreko SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system to provide an advance generator monitoring. Identify and fix leaks on LFO & HFO pipework. To carry out systematic fault finding and repairs on mechanical equipment including DC control circuits. - To carry out ‘On the Job Training’ for service crew and mechanical technician core (M1) - To assist with the installation and demobilization of Aggreko equipment.To follow and comply with Aggreko QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) standards. Adherence to 5S walk and Housekeeping. Safety of self and others.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience on a Power Project environment or in a similar roleAbility to read single line and electrical diagrams. Able to understand the operations of plant equipment’s.Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams & Outlook essential). Ability to work in a cohesive team.Strong knowledge of equipment safe operating proceduresGood oral and written communication skills (English / French). Ability to withstand pressure.Good interpersonal and personnel development skills
