Summary: Seeking a Technician II with expertise in automotive Powertrain Control Units for development, testing, and technical issue resolution.

Requirements:

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or similar. 5 years experience with Powertrain ECU validation. Strong knowledge of electrical hardware and software development. Experience with electronic measuring equipment and electrical troubleshooting. Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANape) / ETAS (INCA). Ability to travel; valid Ohio driver's license.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Transmission, Shifter or FI-ECU preferred.

Responsibilities:

Develop and test automotive Powertrain Control Units. Write hardware and software specifications. Perform confirmation testing on vehicles and simulators. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Analyze software functional data and generate reports. Collaborate with component suppliers and other departments.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $46.00 per hour
