About the RoleOur Mechanics are critical to keeping our fleet safe and reliable. You’ll use your diagnostic skills to maintain and repair buses and support safe transportation for the community.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Performing routine maintenance and inspections
Diagnosing and repairing issues related to brakes, suspension, drivetrain, and transmission
Completing detailed work orders
Supporting mobile emergency services when needed
What You’ll Need to SucceedWe’re looking for team players who are passionate about vehicle maintenance and safety:
2–4 years of experience working with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles
A valid driver’s license (required)
Willingness to obtain a CDL – we provide FREE training
A personal mechanic’s tool set
Desire to grow your skills through ASE testing and hands-on learning
