Airswift is seeking a Technical Assistant to work on a Permanent position in Rio de Janeiro and Offshore with an STEM Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
Operations focused on the maintenance, overhaul and commissioning of internal combustion engines and turbines, with a focus on maritime applications (offshore and onshore).
The routine may take place on vessels in operation (offshore), in ports, thermoelectric plants or in the company's workshop.
Cleaning of parts and organization of tools
Assembly and disassembly of mechanical components of internal combustion engines (such as cylinder heads, cylinder liners, pistons and connecting rods), under supervision
Support in the maintenance of medium and large 2 and 4-stroke engines, as well as pumps, turbochargers and auxiliary systems
Use of specific tools, such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, hydraulic and pneumatic tools

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 
•echnical Education in Mechanics
Previous experience with internal combustion engines and auxiliary systems Basic knowledge of 2 and 4-stroke engines
Previous experience with field maintenance (offshore/onshore) is desirable Availability for travel and boarding
Technical English is desirable
