**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description**
This role is perfect for individuals who are skilled in carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control, and general labor. No prior experience is necessary, but candidates must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable wearing a respirator. Opportunities for growth are available within the Water Restoration department.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work as part of a crew to remove water from structures using specialized equipment.
+ Remove damaged furniture, flooring, and wallboard.
+ Collect monetary payment and proceed to the next service call.
+ Drive extensively to customer locations in a timely and professional manner.
+ Enter customers' residences and provide trustworthy service while solving their problems.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in construction, general labor, landscaping, and hand tools.
+ Demolition skills, including the use of sledgehammers.
+ Knowledge of operating fans and dehumidifiers.
+ Water restoration technician or general labor experience is advantageous.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable with long days and hard labor.

**Work Environment**
Technicians will work on demolition in homes and businesses that have water damage. The position operates during the first shift, Monday through Friday, with 8-10 hour days. You will be working on a crew of 3-4 technicians.

This is a Permanent position based out of Glendale, AZ.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
