**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Material Handlers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for removing tape from floors, cleaning, moving inventory, and staging inventory. Additionally, you will be involved in installing metal fences on the robotics floor to enhance safety procedures. This position requires the use of various tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, rulers, hammers, and torque wrenches. The job is physically demanding, with heavy lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly in a loud and fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Remove tape from floors and clean designated areas. + Move and stage inventory efficiently. + Install metal fences on robotics floor to improve safety. + Use hand and power tools to build and assemble metal frames and gating. + Drill into concrete using power tools. + Lift, pull, and push heavy items as part of daily tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience with labor, loading, cleaning, and unloading tasks. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Mechanical inclination and skilled with tools. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. + Experience in construction, carpentry, industrial repair, and mechanical assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Experience working with various types of hand and power tools. + Capability to stand and walk for extended periods. + Experience in general labor, production, and quality assurance. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in an engaging and dynamic Amazon environment with the potential to join a travel team for long-term work opportunities. Shifts are available from 4:30 am to 2:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 12:30 am, Monday through Friday, with some potential for additional hours. Embrace a dress code suitable for a fast-paced and labor-intensive setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Caledonia, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
