**JOB TITLE:** Technician **DEPARTMENT** : C&I Mining **REPORTING TO:** Site Manager **LOCATION:** GGV **ADDITIONAL INFO:** + Valid Driver’s License + Own Vehicle + Need to reside within a 40km radius **PURPOSE OF POSITION** + Main responsible is for full maintenance, replacement and installation of hoses, nozzles, transmitter coils, Datapass + chips, enhance controllers, TLS 2 and TLS 350R, EMR 3/4, PUMPS, GVR units on vehicles and fixed sites as well + as the programming of these units. Full maintenance of the complete fuel management system installed on site by + Gilbarco. Any other ad-hoc work required from time to time from the Field Service Supervisor. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Ensure Gilbarco AFS Health & Safety procedures and policy compliance 2. Ensure MINE Health & Safety procedures and policy compliance 3. Ensure Gilbarco AFS/MINE Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance. 4. Ensure Gilbarco AFS Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) compliance.Complete job cards as per KPI 5. Complete all installations and checklists as per relevant KPI 6. Complete all maintenance and checklists as per relevant KPI 7. Complete quality control inspections on all installations as per relevant KPI 8. Complete Mining information services (MIS) requests as per incident report KPI 9. Ensure availability for after-hours call outs as per relevant schedules 10. Ensure availability for stand-by duty as per relevant schedules. 11. Ensure that all problems and issues be communicated to the Site Manager or Field Service Manager for attention. 12.
